FULL TIME ATHLETE
Complete Academy development for athletes making Baller Academy their primary basketball program.
Full-Time athletes participate in both the Academy League Program and Skills Development Program, following a structured weekly schedule with priority access to AAU teams, tournaments, showcases and other competitive opportunities.

PART TIME ATHLETE
Flexible access to Baller Academy training, development and specialist services for athletes who maintain their primary playing commitment with another club, school, team or basketball organisation.
Part-Time athletes select the services that complement their existing schedule and development needs, you can choose your pathway here.

COLLEGE PATHWAY
A structured development program for athletes working towards future college basketball opportunities.
The pathway combines basketball development, athletic performance, academic accountability, competition and exposure, helping players build the standards, discipline and preparation required to pursue basketball beyond Australia.

Skills Development
Structured basketball development focused on improving individual skills, confidence, decision-making and game understanding. Sessions cover ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, defence and basketball IQ, helping athletes build the technical foundation needed to perform more effectively in competitive environments.

Strength & Conditioning
Athletic development designed to improve strength, movement, speed, power and physical preparation for basketball. Sessions support overall performance, durability and confidence, helping athletes build the physical qualities required to train consistently, compete harder and perform at a higher level.

Vert Werks
Specialist athletic training focused on improving vertical jump, explosiveness, power and lower-body performance. Sessions develop the movement qualities needed for stronger take-offs, quicker reactions and better athletic output, helping players become more dynamic and effective on the basketball court.

Hoop Strong
Basketball-specific strength training designed to build a stronger, more resilient athlete. Sessions focus on functional strength, stability, movement and physical control, helping players handle contact, maintain better body position and develop the strength required for higher-level basketball performance.

Hoop House
A dedicated live, train and study environment for selected athletes pursuing higher-level basketball opportunities. Players follow structured daily routines combining individual basketball development, athletic training, recovery and academic accountability within an environment designed to support consistent growth on and off the court.

College Recruitment & Placement
Dedicated support for athletes ready to pursue college opportunities in the United States. This service focuses on identifying suitable programs, communicating with college coaches, preparing recruitment material and guiding athletes and families through the recruitment process from initial interest through to placement.
